Reservation and payment

With the reservation a part of the booking amount is due. As soon as the deposit has been credited to our account, the reservation becomes binding. For the payment of the remaining amount we ask for bank transfer before arrival. Please understand that we cannot accept credit cards or Maestro or ATM cards.

arrival and departure

Check-in is possible from 3 p.m. On the day of departure, we kindly request you to vacate the apartment by 10 a.m.

Deposit

Regardless of the length of stay, a deposit of € 200,- per apartment must be paid for keys and furnishings. Please note that no keys can be handed over without payment of the deposit. The replacement of items and any necessary special cleaning will be charged at cost price or according to the time required.

Cancellations

The cancellation conditions depend on the duration of the stay as well as the respective season.

Self-catering apartments

Our apartments are 100% self-catering units - but you are welcome to arrange a bread roll service from the local bakery.

Non-smoking house | Dogs welcome

Our house is run as an apartment-/vacation-home and is a non-smoking house. We therefore ask our guests to smoke only on the balcony. Dogs are welcome for a small cleaning surcharge - please let us know directly after booking.
